Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Noah & Co. Executive Search, Inc. d/b/a Recruiter Hustle (“Recruiter Hustle,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit recruiterhustle.com and use our related services (the “Services”). This Policy describes how we handle that information. Where the law requires consent, such as for non-essential cookies or for users in the EEA or UK, we rely on the consent you provide through our cookie banner or another opt-in, not on your mere use of the Services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact details (name, email) when you subscribe to our newsletter, comment, or contact us;
  • Account information if you register;
  • Content and contact information when you submit an article as a contributor;
  • Any information you include in messages to us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser data (IP address, browser type, operating system);
  • Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring URL);
  • Approximate location derived from IP address;
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties:

  • Analytics providers, advertising and social media partners, and service vendors;
  • Publicly available sources.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health, or biometric data). Please don’t send it to us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Publish and manage content, including contributor submissions and comments;
  • Send newsletters and updates you’ve requested (you can unsubscribe anytime);
  • Respond to your inquiries;
  • Measure and analyze traffic and engagement;
  • Serve and measure advertising, including sponsored and affiliate content;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host, analyze, email, or otherwise support the Services on our behalf;
  • Advertising and analytics partners — note that cross-context behavioral advertising (ad cookies/pixels) may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law (see Section 7);
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure analytics, and serve ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie banner. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), and treat them as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.

We use Google Analytics & Beehiiv. Review each provider’s own privacy policy for details.

6. Your Privacy Rights (All Users)

You may:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message;
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
  • Adjust cookie and browser settings.

To exercise any right, email contact@recruiterhustle.com or use privacy@recruiterhustle.com. We provide at least two contact methods as required by law.

7. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share;
  • Delete personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including cross-context behavioral advertising);
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it for these purposes);
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, IP), internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences. We disclose these categories to service providers and advertising/analytics partners for the business purposes in Section 3. We collect these categories from you directly, automatically through your use of the Services, and from analytics, advertising, and social-media partners and publicly available sources. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be treated as a sale or a sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and we offer the opt-out described below for that activity. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit.

To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our footer or email privacy@recruiterhustle.com. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests. We will verify your identity before responding. We provide notice of our collection practices at or before the point of collection, with a link to this Policy. We maintain a clearly labeled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer, and we also treat an opt-out preference signal, including the Global Privacy Control, as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser or device that sends it, as described in Section 5. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and we will respond within the timeframes required by California law.

8. EU/UK Residents (GDPR — Basic Coverage)

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (e.g., newsletter, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Services, security, basic analytics), and legal obligation. You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@recruiterhustle.com.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. We determine retention based on the category of information and the reason we hold it. As a general guide: newsletter and contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your request; account and contributor records are kept for the life of the account and for 24 months after closure; comments and submitted content are kept while published and as archived; and server logs and analytics data are kept for approximately 18 months. We may keep information longer where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@recruiterhustle.com and we will delete it. Consistent with our Terms of Service, the Services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly permit registration by minors. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age, and we will obtain any opt-in consent that California law requires before doing so. If you are a California resident under 18 and a registered user, you may request removal of content you posted on the Services by contacting privacy@recruiterhustle.com, as provided by California Business and Professions Code Section 22581; removal may not be complete or comprehensive in all circumstances permitted by that law.

12. Third-Party Sites

The Services link to third-party websites and content. This Policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be posted prominently and, where appropriate, communicated to you. We review and update this Policy at least every 12 months.
